1. General provisions

E-LICHIDARE.RO (hereinafter — the „Platform") is an information platform that aggregates public data on the sale of assets from insolvency, enforcement, bank guarantees/collateral and ANAF asset capitalization procedures in Romania. The Platform is operated by Muntean Oleg, [complete operator details], with the contact address [complete address].

2. Role of the Platform

The Platform serves exclusively as an information tool. E-LICHIDARE.RO:

  • does NOT participate in auctions and is NOT a party to transactions;
  • does NOT guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or timeliness of the published information;
  • bears NO responsibility for the content of listings published by users or imported from external sources;
  • does NOT provide intermediation, legal or financial advisory services.

3. Data sources

The Platform collects and aggregates public data from the following official sources:

  • REPES — the Electronic Register for the Publicity of the Sale of Assets Subject to Enforcement (executori.ro, UNEJR)
  • eLicitații ANAF (elicitatii.anaf.ro) — seized, confiscated and state-owned assets
  • UNPIR (licitatii-insolventa.ro) — assets from insolvency procedures
  • Notices from commercial banks regarding assets pledged as collateral
  • Listings published directly by insolvency practitioners, court bailiffs and other registered sellers

For each listing, the Platform retains the original source (a link to the public source).

4. Users

Buyers (visitors): free access to all listings published on the Platform. Registration is not required to view listings.

Sellers (registered users): insolvency practitioners, court bailiffs, banks and other participants in procedures who publish listings on the Platform. Sellers bear full responsibility for the truthfulness and legality of the published information.

5. Publishing listings

Publishing listings on the Platform is free of charge. Sellers undertake to publish truthful and up-to-date information. The Platform reserves the right to moderate, edit or remove listings that:

  • contain false or misleading information;
  • do not correspond to the subject matter of the Platform;
  • infringe Romanian law;
  • contain offensive or discriminatory content.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the Platform (design, source code, logo, original texts) are the property of E-LICHIDARE.RO and are protected by copyright law. Public data aggregated from official sources remains under the legal regime of the source.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. E-LICHIDARE.RO bears no liability for:

  • losses caused by the information published on the Platform;
  • the actions or omissions of sellers/buyers;
  • the temporary unavailability of the Platform;
  • the accuracy of data imported from external sources.

8. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent Romanian courts, in accordance with the legislation in force.
